For many of us the next few weeks will be a time to eat, drink, be merry – and eat some more. But then comes January and resolutions to burn off those calories, lose weight and get fit again.
It is easier to make those pledges than stick to them, but the five men featured in this week's edition are all doing just that thanks to a great Norwich scheme which Dave Powles visited.
