Hello,

We've got a bumper edition for you this week 🧐.

As Jeremy Hunt was announcing a fresh round of cuts and tax rises on Thursday, I was in a pub in the Golden Triangle which the landlord has turned into a food depot to help some of the the city's most vulnerable people. Staying with the cost-of-living crisis, Dave Powles takes a look at what is being done in Norwich to tackle it.

And we also have a brief rundown of the city council’s plan to turn Norwich into a biodiversity hotspot.

Finally, welcome to all our new readers this week! More than 50 people have signed up since the last edition, making this our best week for new sign-ups since we launched in September. If you're enjoying The Seeker and want to support us then please keep spreading the word. 🙏
