Hello,

Welcome back and an extra warm welcome to all those who have signed up in the last week after our pieces on the UEA and the campaign to save the walk-in centre. Weโ€™ve gained an extra 70 subscribers this week, taking us well past 500 so thank you! ๐Ÿ™

Weโ€™re going to keep building the pressure on local NHS management to rethink their plans to close the walk-in centre on Rouen Road. Itโ€™s been a week since we launched a petition to save it and more than 4,000 people have signed it. Today, weโ€™re sharing stories from those it has helped.

But first, weโ€™re taking a look at the scandal of pre-payment meters and how magistrates are allowing energy companies to forcibly install them. Weโ€™ll hear from a mother who successfully fought against her energy company, the head of a charity helping people in fuel poverty and the councillor who has just got the city council to take action. ๐Ÿ‘‡
